Rachel Allen’s Easy Meals on K O’Connell Fish Merchants
Black Sole or Dover Sole as it is sometimes called. Serve on the bone for best results but make sure your fish monger removes the skin first. Try grilled or baked(if baking stuff one side with a few shelled Dublin Bay Prawns). Although a little more expensive Black Sole is an exquisite fish and worth every cent.
