Sea Bass / Bream

I have put Bass and Bream together as they are very similar.Both tend to be farmed(Bass are protected in Irish waters) and great value. They both can be fried or baked. People tend to cook them on the bone for better flavour.The Spanish bake them in a mound of sea salt and when done crack the crust of the salt open to reveal the most fish inside. Great with either of these winners.
