Pat, Paul, Emma and Sean are all family. Denis is Paul's brother-in-law and Liz is with us so long she is considered an O'Connell. In fact every customer has an opinion as to who's wife or daughter or sister Liz is! Kris is the 'new boy' and he is with us for four years. Bernard looks after the Deli and he has vast experience of working in various restaurants and indeed ran his own. Between all of the above that's some experience!
